All subscribers shall agree to the following terms of service. Any user in violation of these terms may have their service terminated.

* All subscribers will use services provided for lawful purposes only. Wall Internet will fully cooperate with law enforcement officials regarding criminal investigations involving our network and services.
* No subscribers shall share or give out system passwords and account information of other subscribers of any network or service.
* No subscriber will send commercial or unwanted e-mail to other users. Any user violating this rule may have services terminated without prior notice.
* No subscriber will send bulk e-mail to any Newsgroup or Internet organization. Any user violating this rule may have services terminated without prior notice.
* No subscriber will send chain letters or e-mail with forged return addresses. Any user violating this rule may have services terminated without prior notice.
* No subscriber will use the system to "hack" or crash this or any other system. This includes knowingly sending other users e-mail 'viruses' or 'worms' or running port scans on other networks without prior permission.
* No subscriber will use a dialup account as a dedicated account without permissiom from our network administrator.
* No subscriber will violate acceptable rules of behavior or conduct on the Internet. This includes behavior intended to harass other members of the Internet community.
* All cancelled subscribers are subject to a refund of unused services. Refunds usually require 2 weeks to process.
* Subscribers must cancel their account 2 working days prior to their renewal date.
* All accounts must be paid in advance. Accounts that are 14 days overdue will be deactivated. There are no exceptions to this rule so don't ask for one. A fee may be charged to reactivate overdue accounts.
* Subscribers must be at least 18 years of age or have a legal guardian subscribe for them.

Wall Internet is not responsible for content of any internet site or newsgroup and makes no attempt to block controversial content. Users concerned about offending, violent or sexual content on the Internet can install filtering software to block these sites.
